Monday Night Mindfulness & Focusing Group
Drop-In Meetings open to BreakFree & Breakthrough graduates
Objective: Deepening self-awareness utilizing the technique of "focusing," a body-centered form of self-inquiry.
Meeting Format:
Brief introduction to evening session
1 or 2 Focusing demonstrations (20 minutes ea.)
Questions/clarifications
Small group sessions
Large group sharing, Q&A, closing
Date & Time: Every Monday evening, 6:30pm - 9:00pm
Cost:free for alumni members & monthly sustaining members; $10 per session for non-members
